In alignment with CSAA’s commitment to employee well-being, CSAA launched the Future of Work initiative—a bold endeavor designed to aggressively embrace new ways of working. This initiative includes a company-wide flexible workplace model that prioritizes flexibility and employee choice, covering all aspects of the employee experience. From flexible work environments to enhanced healthcare benefits, this approach accommodates remote, in-office, or hybrid work arrangements tailored to individual needs and preferences.

CSAA has also made substantial investments in company inclusion and belonging activities, including the establishment of several employee resource groups (ERGs). These groups—such as the Mindful Employee Resource Group (MERG), Black Employees Association (BEA), PRIDE, and Sustainable CSAA IG—provide platforms where employees can connect on topics of personal importance, reinforcing the company’s dedication fostering community and inclusivity.
