CFC’s Investor Relations website is a truly unique and information-rich, real-time
communication vehicle.  Website traffic has increased 50% over the prior year,
and has received approximately ½ million hits year-to-date.

The website fosters an understanding of Countrywide’s businesses and overall
strategic vision.  This is accomplished by providing users a wealth of current and
historical financial and operational data, as well as links to audio webcasts, an
extensive section on corporate governance, and informational narratives and
operational metrics for each business segment.

Investor Relations possesses editing and publishing capability for the site
internally, providing faster posting capability and greater control of accuracy, while
ensuring compliance with Reg FD and SOX.
