The Confianz Unified Communication Platform (UCP) is designed for local law enforcement to be used as both an internal and external communication service. As a white-labeled app, the UCP can be configured to the specifications of the purchasing department.

Internally, administrators can communicate with individual officers, teams, or the entire department through secure and encrypted staff alerts. Staff alerts are sent out immediately and come in as a notification on the officer’s phone. Read receipts are logged for accountability and compliance.

The UCP is also designed for the community, bridging the communication gap between the police and the public. The department will have a white-labeled app they can market to the public they serve. With the UCP, important information can be pushed directly to the public via the app, circumnavigating unreliable social media postings. Citizens can submit tips with the choice to do so anonymously or not, including GPS location, pictures, and video evidence.

Police departments utilizing the UCP have a direct, spin-free method to communicate with the public, and the public has more visibility into the police in their community with features such as Know Your Police Chief and Crime Prevention Tips.
