NEW YORK, NY --March 21, 2006 -- Gearing up for what has become one of the most anticipated events on the business calendar, The Stevie Awards announced today that the City of Toronto, Canada will serve as the lead sponsor of the reception at The 4th American Business Awards.
The American Business Awards is the only national, independent business awards program honoring great performances in the workplace.

Nicknamed the Stevie® for the Greek word “crowned,” the awards, designed by the same company that makes the Emmy. Clio and other major awards, will be presented at a gala, nationally broadcast ceremony in New York on June 12. Eight-hundred executives from across the U.S.A. are expected to attend.
