    The MyChoice® Mobile App enables members to enroll in, access, and manage their benefits anywhere, any time. The app delivers a personalized, curated experience, from reminders to a chat with Sofia, our virtual benefits assistant; and plays a critical role in reducing front-line call center volume and easing administrative burden on HR teams. The MyChoice Mobile App is an inherent part of our overall Benefitsolver platform and is included in the core PEPM for all our clients.

    Adoption and cost-saving benefits:

    • UX updated in 2021
    • 6.9% median stickiness ratio
    • 11.7% engagement rate in 2021, up 3.4% from 2020
    • Sofia handled over 1.1M chats with a 87.7% first-chat resolution in 2021

    For employers, this means:
