BeSmartee’s Alpha is an all-in-one broker POS-TPO platform. It is made specifically for third-party originators (TPO) and wholesale lenders. This offering goes beyond an online 1003 form and includes a product and pricing engine (PPE), fee aggregation, automated underwriting (AUS), initial disclosures and reporting; everything that is needed for brokers to originate a loan. Furthermore, brokers receive the ability to make loan submissions to one or more wholesale lenders. From here, loan data is synced back from the wholesale lender all the way to close.

A publicly traded insurance company decided to enter mortgage originations as a broker. With BeSmartee’s Broker Point-of-Sale (POS), this client was able to empower ~3,000 full-time insurance agents and help them become as effective as 3,000 full-time originators, thereby making this client one of the largest broker originators in the country within 2 years.
Using this as a model as a blueprint, BeSmartee began development on Alpha in early 2022, with the new product launching in September 2022. Our 2023 sales forecast calls for ~$500K through the Alpha channel.
