BeSmartee TIOS is a third-party originator (TPO) platform for wholesale lenders. The original platform went live in 2020; however, as a platform built by mortgage veterans and mortgage customers, the system has gone through multiple updates with each new customer onboarding. Notably, in a 2021 partnership with a top lender in the non-QM space, we’ve built an integration for their custom automated underwriting (AUS) provider. This end-to-end AUS for non-agency loans will allow lenders to:
