Tripsource provides real-time information which directly improves traveler care and boosts engagement. It is designed to take the unknowns, which travelers cite as the #1 most stressful part of travel, out of the travel experience.
TripSource can be configured to include program details, such as travel policy, preferred suppliers and negotiated fares, all enabling travel managers to influence travelers at the point of decision-making. There are ecolabels and health and safety filters to easily identify safe, environmentally friendly hotel options. There’s a biometric login feature so data is always safe and secure. Notifications are sent based off itineraries so travelers have the most up to date information for destination entry requirements and airport and airline regulations. Travelers can use the document vault to attach key documents like attestations, vaccine cards and meeting agendas to specific trips.
