AutoLeap is a shop management software for auto repair shops. It came into existence in 2019 as a concept by two co-founders who have previously led a SaaS company (FieldEdge) quite successfully. We launched our product in September 2020, around the same time as we raised our $5 million seed funding round.
We are on a mission to improve the lives of auto repair businesses around the world by bringing modern software innovations to their underserved market. 2021 saw the company see phenomenal growth and multiple software updates. With every iteration of our software, we included features that incorporated customer feedback and were designed to make our customer’s lives easier and in turn grow their revenue and build trust. 2021 also saw our company announce an $18 million Series A funding round.
The growth AutoLeap has seen in a short amount of time is unique and the pace is faster than its competitors when at the same phase. Customers who have used our software have reported revenue increase of up to 500% in the first year of using AutoLeap; they have also reported no-show rates dropping from 50% to 10% and five-star reviews tripling in one year. These stats show the impact of AutoLeap and the reason for its popularity.
We have grown our employees from 28 to 99 over the span of a year, consistently maintaining our culture and employee engagement—as shown by 38 five-star Glassdoor reviews.
G2, the world's largest software review site, has ranked AutoLeap the No. 1 auto repair software in its Winter 2022 Report. AutoLeap has a 4.9 ranking out of 55 review at software review site Capterra. For relevant keywords from our vertical, we have moved from page 10 on Google organic search to page 2 within a span of 4 months.
We have transitioned our marketing team from external agencies to an in-house team, that has started a popular blog page from scratch and managed to populate it at a fast pace. Our company has received the attention from media sites such as Tech Crunch and Forbes, who have highlighted our co-founders and our mission on their platforms. We have received 3000 likes on our Facebook page since 2020, and are consistently getting more every day. In the company’s short history, it has grown to a diverse and global headcount of 90+ employees, spanning 5 countries and 30+ cities, and continues to get 5-star reviews, both from employees and customers.
All of the above has been achieved with our entire workforce working from home.
