Casebook Connect is the most empowering collection of digital learning tools for the modern law student, including a brand-new experience for Connected eBooks, which provides students with their textbook in a digital format alongside intuitive and efficient features designed to maximize their success in the highly competitive law school environment.

The eBook itself enables students to take notes within the content, highlight in twelve different colors, is accompanied by a robust search engine, and is part of an innovative reading experience. Visually set beside the eBook are critical functions to simplify the tasks law students complete every day, including outlining and case briefing. Students are able to synthesize what they’re reading as highlights and notes in the eBook flow into the outline in real-time, creating an editable study guide and saving students precious study time. Students can identify and analyze key elements in real cases in the eBook, then customize highlighter color labels to represent sections of their case brief. The case briefing tool will automatically organize their work into a working brief that they can edit for assignments or class.

In addition to the reading experience, select Connected eBooks also come with a study center, providing access to hundreds of practice questions curated by Aspen Publishing, using the content in our most popular study aids to tie in topics of a student’s Connected eBook. Multiple modalities, including videos, multiple choice questions, flash cards, and essays, help students identify strengths and weaknesses and test their critical thinking skills and application of the law. For all question types, students are encouraged to self-assess their responses to better gauge their understanding, as well as track their progress on a variety of insights charts.

Students aren’t the only ones benefiting from the study center. For professors, the study center in their Connected eBook provides multiple levels of their students’ analytics, based on students’ study center responses. These insights enable professors to better understand their students’ performance and make informed decisions about the topics or questions to cover in class, ultimately driving student success.

  5. If you are providing written answers for your submission, you must provide an answer to this third question: Outline the market performance, critical reception, and customer satisfaction with the product or service to date. State monetary or unit sales figures to date, if possible, and how they compare to expectations or past performance. Provide links to laudatory product or service reviews. Include some customer testimonials, if applicable (up to 350 words):
