    Jackie joined Arctic Wolf at the end of January 2024 as their Director, Brand Programs and Sponsorships. In just 10 short months she’s worked to transform their 5 sponsorship programs to drive 70% higher event attendance, 25% higher QI value and 85% higher sourced pipeline. She turned our in-person program around by expanding how Arctic Wolf used tickets, adding in content sessions for 25 in person events this year and working collaboratively with our internal team and teams we sponsor to develop 5 digital campaigns this year driving over 1M impressions each. In addition, she serves as Kappa Alpha Theta’s Marketing Advisor, sits on the board of Santa Clara University, and guest lectures on Marketing Analytics and Brand Equity.

    In 2023, Jackie took VMware’s program to new heights. She renegotiated the F1 sponsorship contract to gain additional assets, resulting in brand impressions increasing from 43M a year to 890M. Additionally, she developed a 25th anniversary clothing line, a series of social campaigns centered around sustainability, and executed 9 CXO events increasing account reach by 30% YoY.

    Jackie joined Arctic Wolf at the end of January 2024 as Director, Brand Programs and Sponsorships. In just 10 months, she’s transformed their 5 sponsorship programs to drive 70% higher event attendance, 25% higher QI, value and 85% higher sourced pipeline YoY. 

    Her efforts to reshape Arctic Wolf’s sponsorship program led it to be recognized as one of the best that F1 and IndyCar have seen; resulting in a 98 NPS score across the seasons. She restructured ticket usage to increase account reach by 67% YoY by taking a different group each day. She added in a content session for 25 in person events this year featuring the Arctic Wolf platform and key CIO/CISO thought leadership insights.

    Additionally, she worked with internal and external teams to develop 5 digital campaigns this year driving over 1M impressions each. During this time she also provided mat leave coverage overseeing the event team’s execution of Arctic Wolf’s president’s club and tradeshow presence for BlackHat and Iltacon.

    These results are significant as Jackie’s not only outperformed other companies' sponsorship programs she’s done so on a significantly smaller budget. [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION] Even though she had a significantly smaller budget she put on events that reached 2x more attendees than others by splitting the tickets to have 10-30 accounts attend across multi day events whereas competitors took 5-12 accounts across the entire event.

    She additionally brought forward a social campaign series in partnership with Oracle Red Bull Racing that made learning about cybersecurity fun driving over 3M impressions for 3 organic social posts. These videos have also been able to be repurposed into company webinars, decks and internal campaigns to drive employee engagement.

    Most recently she’s worked to bring forth a thought leadership webinar series with  Arctic Wolf c-suite and the teams they sponsor. She’s also been able to work across organizations to bring forth a first for Oracle Red Bull Racing of a webinar that has participation across its sponsors. These webinars launch in December but are already on track to surpass last year’s webinar attendance with over 50+ registrations in the first 12 hours of being live.
