Since its launch in 2015, Aptive Environmental has quickly become the 6th largest pest control company nationally, rocketing to $358 million in revenue in 2021, growing revenue a total of 887%.

    In 2022, Aptive made significant investments to build cutting-edge, proprietary software to support employees and customers, developed multiple training programs to improve the employee experience, and maintained a company-wide focus on giving back.

    - Created and launched the Field Service app to assist service professionals and enhance the customer experience.

    - Executives visited six major US cities to train hundreds of frontline workers in Aptive’s Operations Transformation program.

    - Created a comprehensive learning and resource app for all Customer Solution Center employees.

    - Augmented Aptive University, an in-house training program designed to propel career growth. 

    - Reached almost $500,000 in charitable donations. 

    - Hired a new COO Leonard Carder and promoted previous COO Edmund Mackey to Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer. This newly-created role signals Aptive’s dedication to driving growth and innovation while ensuring every home is enjoyed, one neighbor at a time.

    First and foremost, Aptive sees itself as a technology company. Aptive uses new innovations to provide customers with high-quality pest control and employees with insights to do their jobs more efficiently. This has resulted in the company quickly transforming a 100-year-old industry and providing jobs and better futures for thousands.

    One example of Aptive’s technological development is uniquely using big data and machine learning to predict customer needs and infestations. Aptive also launched the beta version of a Field Service app to help service technicians have one place to communicate with customers, document appointments, monitor product inventory, and more!

    Aptive also provides best-in-class tools and training to help its employees stay motivated. In 2022, Aptive augmented Aptive University, an employee training program focusing on skill development and leadership training.

    A major highlight in 2022 was when Aptive executives embarked on an Operations Transformation Tour to train first-hand and interact with over 350 frontline workers. 

    Aptive’s newly-created role, Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, signals Aptive’s dedication to driving growth and innovation while ensuring every home is enjoyed, one neighbor at a time.
