    As a leading mortgage lender with award-winning technology solutions, A&D Mortgage is committed to providing partners with educational tools that streamline operations and integrate new technologies. Research showed our partners prefer simplicity and clear instructions, so we designed a training session combining webinar and workshop formats.

    During this session, we showcased how A&D's AI-powered software is revolutionizing the mortgage industry. We explored innovative applications like mortgage CRM systems and AI integration that are transforming how brokers and lenders operate. A key part of the webinar was an interactive workshop, where participants had the opportunity to try our tools in live mode and experience benefits firsthand. We also introduced new advancements, including our AI-powered Partner Portal, which simplifies loan applications, enhances pipeline management, and offers tailored CRM solutions.

    The session was a success, with an 81% turnout and an average partner rating of 9.5 out of 10.  Participants particularly valued the time-saving benefits and simplicity. With nearly 5,400 views, the session encouraged 75% of partners to transition to the new Partner Portal, even though the old version remained available.
