Founded in February 2008 by Scott Arias, our company began as a small business focused on Project Controls Services and Field Staffing. Facing early financial challenges, Scott invested personal assets to propel the company forward. Today, we operate from three locations, two owned offices in Nicholasville and Louisville, and a leased site in Winchester. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include training, security, and direct government contracts. Honoring our veteran roots, we partnered with Skillbridge to support veterans in transitioning to civilian careers, recently welcoming two new veteran team members. In 2023, our certification from the National Veterans Business Development Council underscored this commitment. Since 2015, we have grown from fewer than twenty to over thirty employees, and we proudly give back to our community, donating a substantial portion of company profits along with employee contributions to the Lexington Leadership Foundation.

Since the beginning of 2023, our organization has achieved significant milestones that reflect our growth, commitment to our team, and dedication to excellence. We received the National Veterans Business Development Council certification, reinforcing our commitment to veterans. We expanded our facilities, purchasing a new office in Louisville and renovating our Nicholasville location, while meeting company-wide revenue and profit goals for 2023. Our benefits program has grown to support our employees more fully, adding a partnership with a Chaplain program and extending parental leave to include maternal, paternal, foster, and adoption leave.
We also enhanced professional development through comprehensive onboarding programs across all sectors and launched the ACE Young Business Leaders program to cultivate future leaders. In preparation for long-term growth, we implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) as we look toward our CEO’s anticipated transition in 2030. Additionally, we were awarded sole scheduling responsibilities for the high-profile, multi-billion dollar Blue Oval project in Lexington, KY, and earned a spot on the Inc. 5000 list for the third consecutive year in 2024. Finally, we celebrated a major milestone with over 100 field personnel managed in Q3 of 2024—a testament to our operational expansion and success.
