Includes all product management, product development, product engineering, manufacturing, etc. functions. The information requirements for entries in these categories are generally
a. An essay of up to 500 words describing the nominee's achievements since January 1 2009. In the Best New Product or Service categories, you may include in the essay links to product photos, videos, brochures, etc.
b. A biography of the nominee or the leader of the nominated company, department, or team of up to 100 words
c. Optionally, a list of web site addressess of product reviews, news stories, press releases, and other online documents that support the nomination
 Every new product or service nominated in The American Business Awards will automatically be included in voting for the People's Choice Stevie Awards for Favorite New Products. Voting will be conducted by the general public in April-May, and the winners will be honored at the ABA awards banquet in New York on June 21. Beginning in mid-March, entrants in the Best New Product or Service categories will receive instructions on how to promote People's Choice voting to their own customers and stakeholders.
