The website now inspires people to transform their homes with window treatments,empowering them to request an in-home consultation with 3 Day Blinds. Through extensive research, we realized the original objective, to refresh the website, wasn’t enough to achieve its business goals. The new website would have to streamline the user experience to convert prospects into customers. We went beyond usability and visual enhancements to produce a virtual showroom, creating an immersive, idea-generating experience. We improved SEO and developed messaging to articulate the value of 3 Day Blinds. We added videos and educational tools to inform and inspire new and repeat customer transactions.

Since the website’s re-launch, sales leads have increased by 37%, with 129% more unique visitors, and a total revenue increase of 38%.
