Briefly describe this site's objectives and how it met those objectives (up to 100 words).

The objective was to overhaul the entire National Starch website and give it a fresh, new look that was indicative of it's brand.

The key to focusing the National Starch brand was understanding what the company valued about itself —and what its people did that created differentiated value for customers.

Research pointed the way. Feedback from the marketplace showed that customers seek out National Starch’s expertise—and passion.

Capitalizing on that, employees and their expertise became the centerpiece for the central website theme.

We also developed new ways to engage the audience through tools such as the Ingredient Selector.
