Karly oversees the national marketing strategy for ProcessPro, a process manufacturing ERP software company. Coming into a brand that had sat stagnant for more than a decade, she challenged the company to take a strategic approach to their brand position. With limited resources and budget constraints, Karly was able to transform not only the company brand, but the marketing department as well, with accolades that consisted of:

1. Lead creation and implementation of a rebranding strategy that included new logo, brand messaging, web site, and collateral. Year-over-year statistics, post rebrand, have shown an increase of visitor time on page, increase of 17% of overall traffic, 29% increase of organic traffic, decreased bounce rate, and four spot improvements of key search terms on Google.

2. Increasing the company’s social media presence by 150% from the following year by staying active on three major platforms with regular daily posting and thereby becoming a relevant knowledge source in the ERP process manufacturing industry.

3. Customizing CRM to improve business development’s efficiencies with lead nurturing. Partnered with a nationally recognized lead generation provider to receive 10,000 new prospect contacts to increase business pipeline.

4. Simplifying company’s Client Connect User Conference registration process through use of professional service, CVent. Furthermore, increasing event promotions, updating conference curriculum, and the addition of a third party trade show, helped achieve the highest attendance records in conference history (65 in 2012 vs. 95 in 2013).

5. Creating new joint marketing arrangements with third party integration partners, ERP consultants, and industry resources (e.g. TEC, Top10ERP.com, etc.) to create more inbound content assets and additional webinar offerings to help further engage leads and increase brand positioning.

6. Launching monthly public webinars (to offer mass scale ERP information and education) and third party integration partner webinars (to offer cross-promotion product information and education) to increase the reach of each regional sales rep (on average of 10 leads per webinar).

7. Increasing the company’s monthly press release impressions from an average of 2,000 to over 480,000 monthly impressions, an increase of over 2,390%.

8. Generating six powerful new case studies and two new informational white papers, in addition to rewriting and rebranding more than 20 other collateral pieces to update content and create additional interest.

9. Built powerful new marketing assets and imagery to elevate the corporate image to align with the ProcessPro’s vision of being a modern, forward-thinking, industry-leading technology company.

10. Increasing blog frequency to twice monthly and was nominated by ERP Focus for both Best Vendor Blog and Best Article, “Cloud ERP: Saving Small Businesses Money.”

11. Hiring a leading and knowledgeable website partner to rebuild a new website and launch company’s first-ever Google AdWords campaign.

12. Displaying an increase of clients willing to recommend ProcessPro’s software and services through the annual client survey process.

Karly develops and implements the marketing strategy for ProcessPro. As Marketing Manager, she oversees brand management, website enhancements, social media efforts, public relations, and the voice of customer initiatives. Karly recently led the rebranding efforts which included a new logo, identity system, and website.

In addition to organization-wide projects, she also provides marketing support to business development and sales.

Karly has more than 10 years of marketing and business development experience, most recently as an independent marketing contractor. She has worked with Fortune 500 clients and Papa Murphy’s Take ‘N’ Bake Pizza on a variety of projects including social media and marketing plan development and implementation and project management.
