MWW’s motto is to Matter More™, and in 2014, we did just that. This milestone year for the agency saw continuous momentum, new business wins, incremental client growth, talent acquisition and office expansions.

We added over 322 clients in 2014, which includes acquired clients, and continue to have one of the best retention rates in the industry - over 40% of our clients have stayed with MWW for 5+ years. We also celebrated top industry accolades and wins in 2014, including “North American Campaign of the Year” and “Global SABRE Award” at the 2014 SABRE Awards, "PR Agency of the Year," by the International Business Awards, 2014 "Midsize Agency of the Year" by the Bulldog Stars of PR Awards, 2014 “Best Places to Work in New Jersey” by NJBiz, and 2014 "Top Places to Work in PR" by PR News.

We have a personal commitment to environmental responsibility and a passion for community service. Through Good Matters, our company-wide CSR program, employees support local charities and other causes that are close to their hearts.

The firm also hosts company-wide volunteer activities throughout the year and works on a number of pro bono clients. MWW supported several charities in 2014 including Tour de Cure, the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Walk and Spirit Day through team-building and other internal company events. Since 2010, MWW has provided pro bono support to the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), a non-profit organization that helps young people from low-income communities build skills and plan for successful futures.

• Global Expansion. MWW continued with its plans of international expansion with the acquisition of Braben Communications in November 2014, expanding MWW UK to 24 staffers.
• Launch of LGBT Practice. MWW acquired Macias Media Group, a leading firm in the LGBT marketing space, to launch our national LGBT practice. We’re able to offer clients and brands worldwide access to our relationships with the world’s leading LGBT organizations, government entities and private sector influencers.
• Digital Innovation. MWW’s digital practice implemented new analytics tools and created more integrated processes to optimize our campaigns, creating higher return across the board.
• West Coast Regional Expansion. Our offices on the west coast expanded with the growth of our technology practice in San Francisco, and the expansion of our consumer/travel practice in LA.
• Launch of UK Public Affairs Practice. Simon Gentry joined MWW from Good Relations in the UK and leads our new public affairs practice overseas.
