PLEASE NOTE: For ease of access, the version of the course you are reviewing is posted specifically for awards review. Unfortunately, this means that certain functions will not work properly because the course is not running from within our Learning Management System. Among other things, the course will not bookmark where you leave off if you navigate away. Additionally, policy pages will not be available.

Briefly describe this site's objectives and how it has met those objectives (up to 125 words):

Designed to minimize risks associated with alcohol, drugs, and sexual violence, Think About It is a course that takes a harm-reduction approach to empower incoming college students to make healthy choices.

The course features interactions that allow students to apply what they've learned and practice good decision-making. It broadens the narrative of alcohol education by examining sexual violence within the context of partying and substance abuse.

Think About It presents concepts through infographics, interactive visualizations, motion graphics, and videos. Several interactions give students the ability to have immediate insight into their peers' attitudes and perspectives, dispelling prevalent misinformation regarding alcohol and sex. The Course also awards points and badges for answering questions correctly and interaction with optional materials that dive deeper into specific topics.
