The following professionals participated in preliminary-round judging of the 7th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service from November 2012 to January 2013.  Their average scores determined the Finalists in the sales awards, contact center awards, and customer service awards categories.  We thank them for their time, insights and interest.

The following nominations have been recognized as Stevie Award winners in the 6th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. Awards were announced on February 27 in Las Vegas.  Finalists were determined by the average scores of 93 preliminary judges in November 2011 - January 2012. Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award placements of the Finalists were determined by the average scores of 127 professionals worldwide on seven final judging committees.
