Each winning organization will have one pre-recorded, 30-second acceptance speech played during the virtual awards ceremony. However, an unlimited number of additional acceptance speeches can be uploaded to your organization’s profile within the virtual ceremony platform for all attendees to view.

After the event, all main acceptance speeches will be uploaded to our YouTube channel.

Every attendee that is joining the Virtual Ceremony must fill out this form. Once we collect your information, you will receive an email invitation within 24 hours with a link to set up your Swapcard profile. Your profile allows you to upload photos, have access to the virtual red carpet, add links to your website and social media, share contact info and skills, network with other attendees, watch the virtual ceremony, and more.
