Nomination Title: Shar Moore

Describe for the judges the nominated individual's activities and accomplishments that provided support and assistance to other women since the beginning of July last year (up to 525 words):

From a childhood engagement at the age of 11, to an International Best Selling Author, Award Winning Business Coach and Keynote Speaker, anything is possible when you live your Y.

If going 'From Broke To BMW' wasn't enough in 2013, Shar now feverishly and passionately commits her time to connecting, supporting, lifting and mentoring, female entrepreneurs. This rewarding work was also recognised, when she recently won the EduPreneur Award for the Best Business Coach in Australia.

Her business network group expanded with Chapters around Australia. Unlike the conventional "business card swapping and endless unproductive coffee catch up" style groups... YNetwork provides a supportive community of authentic and inspiring entrepreneurs, all with the same purpose. So they can all live their "Y" and help others live theirs too.

Her signature "YWeekend" has helped over a hundred people to find, celebrate and live their "Y".

She then felt that more people needed to understand the importance of finding out what they love to do and how to monetise it, so created a sold out "YWoman Awaken Tour" for women on the East Coast of Australia. This event was provided free of charge, supporting Shars mission to uplift, educate and inspire women to be all they can be. She covered all the costs of this event and the women were so very grateful she did.

Her online magazine "YMag", was created and launched through her own frustration. Searching for a magazine that could uplift, inspire and nurture entrepreneurs on this incredible journey could not be found anywhere... so as her favourite saying is "be the change you wish to see in the world" by Ghandi, she started one. With no magazine experience, she set about to source incredible stories from business owners around the world and now shares them for free through the site. This magazine will also soon be a quarterly print issue, boasting 'evergreen' articles to inspire, educate and uplift. The theme to all of the "YWomans" work.

Listening to her clients needs, she has recently created an intimate female only high level mentoring program, where 8 women come together in a mastermind group on a monthly basis and brainstorm and strategise their businesses, with Shar guiding them every step of the way.

Being a stylish woman herself, she goes to the extreme of renting a water view penthouse apartment overlooking the Brisbane river and city for her clients to experience what is possible for them as well.

As a keynote speaker, Shar travels Australia sharing her personal and business story with her audiences, mainly women. The feedback she receives is a combination of standing ovations, tears, hugs and excitement. Women realise after hearing Shar speak, that if she can, they can.

Priding herself on living everyday to the fullest, with a strong purpose on making a difference, Shar will be opening her orphanage in Thailand in 2017.

"Helping women now, be all they can be, will help my orphaned girls, be all they can be", Shar Moore.

Provide a brief biography of the nominated individual (up to 125 words):

Shar Moore was born in Bangkok, Thailand and moved to Australia when she was 4. She is the founder of Sharanis Lifestyle Group, an award winning Business Mentor, keynote speaker and published Author.

Shar has always had an entrepreneurial mind and an enormous “Y,” which has seen her rise quickly to the top of each industry she enters. She has lived and worked in the Far and Middle East.

Her journey leaves a golden trail of success behind her, although it hasn’t always been this way. Life experience and tragedies have helped to transform her into the inspirational woman she is today.
