♦ Book Your Discounted Hotel Rooms Online for New York's Marriott Marquis Hotel, setting for the November 18 event. Set in the heart of exciting Times Square, the hotel is at the epicenter of New York's glamorous entertainment industry. The discounted rate expires at 5:00 pm ET on Friday, October 26, so make your reservations early, as the block will sell out.
♦ Reserve a Full-Page Ad in the Awards Dinner Program Book. The program will be distributed to the 400+ attendees of the event, plus an additional 10,000+ readers over the next year as a PDF download from the awards website. Cost: $600. Reservation Deadline: October 28.
♦ Distribute Literature to All Awards Dinner Attendees. This opportunity is limited to the first four (4) organizations that respond. Your literature will be placed on the seats of all attendees of the dinner. Cost: $500. Reservation Deadline: November 11.
