Nomination Sub Category: Employee of the Year - Business

Nomination Title: Alicia Brayboy, Marketing Manager

Describe for the judges the activities and accomplishments of the nominated employee since the beginning of July last year (up to 525 words):

A strong team player, a consistent performer, and a tireless doer, Alicia Brayboy never ceases to stop driving the biggest projects that affect the Marketing team initiatives: re-design of the Lattice brand, a complete website overhaul, the formal implementation of PPC efforts (resulting in a 60% increase in website visits), flashy new company overview and demo videos, and last-minute in-house video editing and design. Her outstanding efforts in the past year promoted her to Marketing Manager.

It's hard to believe Alicia is the youngest employee at Lattice as her composure is beyond her years and she is often selected as the company spokesperson for award ceremonies.

At conferences, Alicia is a force to be reckoned with. She enjoys "prospecting for sport" and can give the sales team a run for their money. She recently won 2nd place for an internal business development competition right on the tails of the winner -- the Head of Business Development. At that same conference, she was also named a Top Tweeter (#6) of the summit.

Alicia is constantly looking to improve herself, the marketing team and the company by going the extra mile -- taking on skill-enhancing courses, working many late hours and days to turn out the best results possible or pitching in to help out other internal teams in need. In addition to her many projects, Alicia even learned Marketo in 2 weeks and took over the Outbound Marketing efforts for 2 quarters while her co-worker was on leave.

A dependable, thoughtful and design-savvy marketer recognized and honored by management and her peers, Alicia Brayboy is very deserving of the Stevie Award for Women in Business - Employee of the Year.
