    Among the innovations that Streiff has driven: 

    • Study Essentials. Not everyone knows how to learn. This course changes that and is available to everyone who trains at Knopman Marks.

    • KM Scholarship. Awarded to students from underrepresented backgrounds, the scholarship helps candidates pass the SIE exam, the first exam needed to enter the industry. 

    • How to Finance. The first-to-market course makes this intimidating industry approachable, teaches financial literacy and offers an on-ramp to the SIE exam.

    By expanding the company’s scope, scaling the business, and driving performance on exams, Streiff is able to continue serving the largest financial services firms, while also welcoming the broadest range of students possible. “We want to make the financial industry a viable career path for marginalized groups that had viewed the profession as beyond reach,” Streiff says.

    Liza Streiff is a visionary on a mission to broaden access to an industry that ranks as one of the least diverse in the nation. She is the youngest and first female CEO of Knopman Marks. Her passion is to forge paths into finance for those who have never had access before. Streiff is transforming the financial industry by building more on-ramps for under-represented candidates through innovations in education. Her ambitions in this industry are big. So are the changes she has initiated and the growth she has driven for the firm. In her three years as a CEO, revenue has increased 87%, the number of full-time employees has tripled, and the company’s scope has expanded, demonstrating that doing good is indeed good for business.
