Andrea Fishman is a Partner and VP of Strategy, Analytics and Online Marketing at BGT Partners, where she is also the Managing Partner for the Chicago Office. As VP for one of the oldest and most award-winning interactive marketing agencies in the world, Fishman is one of just a handful of female leaders in charge of a privately held firm in the U.S. Fishman brings to BGT extensive experience in digital technology, marketing and management consulting, and leads a team of over 60 full-time professionals.
Under Fishman’s guidance, BGT Chicago has achieved 100% growth in revenue and 150% growth in staff over the last year. Under her leadership, BGT has developed new, strategic relationships with marquee clients such as Quintiles, Ryder, CEC and USG. A long term Chicago client, Agilent Technologies, acknowledged Ms. Fishman and her team with the 2011 Agilent eBusiness Partnership of Excellence award, the top award given to an external vendor.
Due to her excellent leadership skills and respect among the staff, BGT Chicago has a near-100% employee retention rate over the past year. Employee morale is high, especially after BGT Chicago recently celebrated BGT Palooza, the only week in the world of employee appreciation. She is also in charge of managing BGT’s relationship with the agency’s strategic partners, including Microsoft, Adobe/Omniture and Google. In 2012, under Ms. Fishman’s leadership, BGT became one of the few organizations in the world that is certified in Adobe Test&Target, SiteCatalyst and Google Analytics premium. This positions BGT as a national leader in advanced analytics and integrated marketing performance management.
She is a frequent judge for the eHealthcare Leadership Awards and is an active member of the Chicago Interactive Marketing Association and the Business Marketing Association of Chicago.
