In 2020 Lisa became hearing impaired and physically disabled from a severe Vascular disease that got accelerated by COVID-19. She already had PTSD from her career building tech to identify pedophiles for tech companies and law enforcement which lead to her company Minor Guard. She will never be able to work full time going forward, and now has a service dog. She focuses her time on creating the next generation of diverse social justice entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs through her advising, writing, and speaking work.
