Paula Hansen has more than 25 years of expertise delivering transformational and financial growth across her teams and has made record-breaking contributions to Alteryx as president and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Not only is Hansen an outstanding leader at Alteryx, but she is also a passionate storyteller, a mentor, a fearless women’s advocate, and has been a trailblazer for many throughout her career.
Throughout her professional career, Hansen acquired more than two decades of diverse leadership experience in various roles, including vice president of global sales, a seat on the board of directors for Qualtrics, and multiple C-suite positions at companies like SAP and Cisco. Prior to her current role at Alteryx, Hansen spent more than 18 years at Cisco, working her way from account manager to vice president of the global enterprise segment where she drove business value and produced consistent profitable revenue growth spanning from multiple successful partnerships. In 2019, Hansen transitioned into her first C-suite position as CRO for SAP where she led the global sales strategy, GTM operations and customer success with more than 10,000 customers spanning across 150 countries. Under Hansen’s leadership, her team grew the business to $1 billion in annual recurring revenue.
