Tenable’s achievements in Diversity & Inclusion are transformative, setting it apart within the cybersecurity industry—a field often criticized for its lack of representation. By achieving a perfect 100 on the Disability Equality Index, Tenable has become a benchmark for disability inclusion, illustrating how intentional efforts, such as supplier diversity and inclusive benefits, can drive meaningful change.

Few cybersecurity companies publicize workforce demographic metrics and ESG commitments as transparently as Tenable. By publishing these metrics on its website and in its ESG report, Tenable has set a new standard for accountability, emphasizing that inclusion is not just an internal value but a public commitment.

The formation of a senior-led Inclusion Council further differentiates Tenable from its competitors, demonstrating a model of leadership accountability rarely seen in the sector. This council ensures D&I remains a priority at every organizational level and is integrated into broader business strategies.

Additionally, Tenable’s global partnerships with diversity organizations have broadened its talent pipelines, introducing innovation and diverse perspectives into a traditionally homogenous industry. Compared to its own past performance, Tenable has made unprecedented strides in embedding D&I into its culture, operations, and external branding.
