When Skillsoft was setting out to create the latest version of its Workplace Harassment Solution, everyone on our team set a target of raising the bar to make viewers understand the brutal impact that harassment can have on individuals. Partnering with Firestarter Studios, Skillsoft filmed interviews with real workers who had experienced forms of harassment in their jobs. Their powerful testimonies show how varied and widespread the problem can be, and make clear the lasting damage harassment has on both individuals and organizations. The honesty, warmth, and strength of Ron's story humanizes and grounds the important legal information and guidance provided to learners elsewhere in the course. His eloquence and openness have made a real impression on everyone who has seen this video.
