This transformation extended beyond visual identity—it reinforced Paysafe’s role as a leader in seamless, modern transactions across iGaming, online gaming, travel, and leisure.

The Paysafe PR team has executed a series of high-impact initiatives, solidifying the company’s industry leadership.

The highlight of 2024 was the global rebrand, launched on February 1st. This transformation positioned Paysafe as a leader in the experiential economy, breaking away from traditional financial services messaging. The team amplified the launch through a 360-degree communications strategy, generating widespread media coverage across tier-1 financial and tech outlets, achieving a 400% increase in social media shares, and securing 72.5 million in audience reach from the press release and iGaming research report.

Mid-2024, the team introduced the Paysafe Podcast, hosted by VP of PR Crystal Wright, establishing a new platform for thought leadership. The podcast quickly gained traction, with nearly 1,000 subscribers on YouTube alone and tens of thousands of views and plays across platforms.

Another standout success was Inside the Wallet, a research initiative surveying 14,000 consumers worldwide. The team’s strategic communications plan resulted in 550 pieces of global media coverage, reaching over 300 million people. On social media, it delivered 221K impressions, 113K video plays, and 3.6K clicks.

Communications in financial services are often traditional, technical, and lacking engagement. Paysafe’s Communications team is changing that narrative, proving that payments storytelling can be dynamic, insightful, and multimedia-driven.

Unlike many competitors, who rely primarily on static press releases and trade media, Paysafe’s team took a modern, 360-degree approach in 2024. The rebrand was not just an internal milestone—it was strategically launched across social media, industry events, media placements, and TV satellite media tours, achieving results rarely seen in B2B communications, including a 400% increase in shares and over 72.5 million in media reach.

The Inside the Wallet campaign exemplifies Paysafe’s ability to turn complex financial data into compelling content. Many companies release industry reports, but few achieve such widespread visibility—550 pieces of media coverage and a global audience reach of 300 million.

The Paysafe Podcast also sets the team apart. While most financial services firms have yet to adopt multimedia-first communications, Paysafe launched an engaging podcast that quickly gained thousands of followers, reinforcing the company’s industry thought leadership.

By blending research, video, podcasts, and social engagement, the Paysafe PR team is setting a new standard in payments storytelling, achieving unprecedented results for the company.
