    From serving U.S. domestic clients to expanding globally, we have evolved to meet the increasing demands of international mobility while maintaining our strong domestic services. Today, we proudly support clients in 132 countries, delivering seamless mobility solutions worldwide, with offices in Switzerland and Singapore.

Over the past two years, we achieved an astonishing 100% client satisfaction rate and a 98.6% relocating employee satisfaction rate—clear indicators of the trust we’ve earned and the culture we’ve built.

    Our quality commitment is further validated by a 4.6-star Google rating and a rigorously vetted global supplier network, ensuring service excellence at every touchpoint. We hold our partners to the same high standards we set for ourselves, fostering accountability and consistency throughout the entire relocation journey.

    Internally, our operational discipline is equally strong. We’ve recorded zero findings in each of the past two years during our Service Organizational Control (SOC) 1 and 2 audits—an achievement that speaks to the strength and reliability of our processes.     NEI earned 25 #1 rankings in the last three Trippel Relocation Managers’ Surveys—nine more than any competitor. Over five years, that total rises to 54—more than double any other RMC. In a competitive industry, this consistency sets NEI apart.

    The Trippel Survey is one of the only independent, widely respected benchmarks in our field, offering unbiased insights based on corporate relocation feedback. NEI consistently leads in key categories: Overall Satisfaction, Willingness to Recommend, and Performance. These rankings reflect more than metrics—they demonstrate trust, execution, and quality.

    High marks in Overall Satisfaction show we deliver across the board. Willingness to Recommend signals deep client confidence. Performance captures how well we execute, day in and day out. In 2024, NEI earned the highest overall rating of any RMC and was the only provider to place in the top three in every category. We also received the highest transferee satisfaction score in the separate Trippel Nationwide Employee Survey—showcasing excellence on both client and employee fronts.
