Crafting an engaging story about supply chain can be difficult. But DHL Supply Chain rose to the challenge, launching its own podcast All Business. No Boundaries.
It became a platform to share tangible lessons [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION] and featured brands such as REI, Bridgestone, Sony Electronics, [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION] and more. Each episode fosters conversation on how DHL is helping its customers leverage digitalization to breakdown boundaries and solve the toughest supply chain challenges. Episodes are jargon-free and palatable for all experience levels.
Ahead of its fifth season, DHL wanted to ensure the podcast was reaching its audience. DHL launched a strategic campaign in October 2023 with “always on” advertising promoting the podcast, adding YouTube as a distribution channel, and ongoing internal communications. To capitalize on the new audience, DHL released a special video episode highlighting the most popular content from the show.

- AB.NB. became the number one podcast out of 15 produced within DHL, an organization with 590,000+ associates across 220 countries.
- #5 on Feedspot’s list of Supply Chain podcasts.
- Paid LinkedIn ads received 45,158 views; click-through benchmark of .50 surpassed by 32%.
- Increased seven-day benchmark downloads by 170%
- Increased subscribers by 5%.
