Judging of entries is conducted in two phases: preliminary and final.  Preliminary judging is conducted in September-October. Preliminary judges are recruited worldwide, apply to judge on the Stevie Awards for Women in Business web site, and if accepted are assigned categories by Stevie® Awards staff, based on their industry, function, and experience.

Thank you for applying to be a preliminary-round judge in The Stevie Awards for Women in Business. Judging for the awards will begin in September, and we will contact you then.  Please make sure your company's email server is set up to accept email from stevieawards.com.

Individual criteria differ by category, but the emphasis is on the overall quality of the entry: the merits of the claims to innovation, integrity, effectiveness, creativity, growth, etc. claimed in the entry, relative to the judges' experience and their knowledge of the participant's industry, as well as the quality of the entry's content itself.

We recommend that you request an entry kit and review the complete instructions so that you can familiarize yourself with the criteria and submission requirements.
