Their average scores helped to determine the nominations that were eligible to be included in second-round (final) judging, to determine the Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award placements. The average scores of first-round (preliminary) judges of The International Business Awards determine the Finalist nominations that are eligible to be included in final (second-round) judging. All Finalist nominations are ultimately named Gold, Silver or Bronze Stevie® Award winners.
