Recruiting Cloud is highly innovative as it leverages professional networks to find ideal job candidates using ways people connect and job search in today’s digital age. Adam Miller, founder/president/CEO of Cornerstone OnDemand, conceived Cornerstone in his NYC apartment in 1999, to change the way people learn and work, based on his vision to deliver learning content via the Internet. The son of a teacher and grandson of an entrepreneur, his love for technology and education served as inspiration for Cornerstone’s SaaS-based HR solutions. Cornerstone was one of the first 100 percent, purely SaaS companies in the U.S.

After earning five degrees, Miller traveled the world alone, covering six continents in two years, understanding how to build a global business. He also worked on Wall Street to gain necessary financial acumen to run both private/public enterprises.
