Nomination Title: Ziraat Bank – Individual Covid-19 Support Loan (BTİDK)
Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic threatens public health globally and has spread to many countries including Turkey. Within the scope of the measures taken against possible disruptions in economic and commercial activities, Ziraat Bank prepared “Individual Covid-19 Support Loan (BTİDK)” under favorable conditions in order to finance the basic needs of both our Bank's individual customers and those who are not our Bank’s customers, who were directly or indirectly affected by the pandemic.
Taking into account the health of both our Branch colleagues and customers, BTİDK loan applications accepted only through our “www.ziraatbank.com.tr” website and “Ziraat Mobile-Campaigns” section. No other channels accepted for loan application.
Moreover, BTİDK loan was prepared for individual customers (household total) with a monthly income equal to or less than 5.000 Turkish Liras (about $550). Only one of the household / spouses is able to benefit from this loan package. Maximum loan amount for customers is 10.000 TL (≈$1.115)

This BTİDK credit is not for everyone and planned only for financing payments such as food expenditures, rent, electricity, water, natural gas bills, etc.
This BTİDK loan process was very helpful during Covid-19 pandemic for our customers and those who are not our customers in both loan as a support and at the application process easiness.
Ziraat Bank applied this “Individual Covid-19 Support Loan (BTİDK)” between April 2020 and August 2020. Our customers and people who are not yet our customers loved this application process and credit during Covid-19 times.
