THE SOLUTION OVERVIEW
According to the Reuters Digital News Report, the consumer behavior on consuming news has changed & video news consumption on the social channels is on the rise. As a result, we started to focus on “Video News Releases (VNR)” as one of the corporate communication tool & created digital formatted news to elevate total company reputation.
IMPLEMENTATION AND CHALLENGES
Within 10months, we shooted 23VNR’s and reached 7million people with our reputation focused video contents.
MEASUREMENT AND EVALUATION
VNRs are engaging content for social media especially for Linkedin and Twitter targeting “Business World” key opinion leaders.We have used VNR on Twitter, LinkedIn* and Vodafone Internal Communication Channels.
So to convey our messages & stories to more people, we started to invest on video news content & named it “Video News Release (VNR)” & focus on more extending our messages to social media by positioning our brand as the publisher. We have evaluated 4 metrics which are:
