    As the Corporate Communication Manager at the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), I have effectively spearheaded numerous communication initiatives and large-scale events that underscore UAE's position as a leader in the global aviation industry. My work has focused on leveraging strategic partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and media collaboration to amplify the impact of GCAA’s programs and initiatives locally, regionally, and internationally.

    A prime example of my efforts includes the Third ICAO Conference on Alternative Aviation Fuels (CAAF3), which we successfully hosted, reinforcing the UAE’s commitment to sustainability in aviation. This globally significant event highlighted the future of sustainable aviation fuel and brought international attention to the UAE’s leadership in innovative aviation practices. Through a robust communication strategy, we ensured extensive media coverage and media stakeholders participation from both local and global media outlets and partners, positioning the UAE as a pioneer in sustainable aviation development.

    Internally, I have been at the helm of organizing Annual Gatherings, which unite 600-700 GCAA employees every year. These events celebrate our collective achievements, align strategic objectives, and enhance internal cohesion. Through meticulous planning and effective messaging, these gatherings reflect GCAA’s core values and strengthen employee engagement.

    I also managed high-impact events under the Love Your Sky initiative, including workshops with institutions like Sharjah University and the Future Aviators and Love Your Sky event, which saw the participation of over 700 students and collaboration with 21 aviation stakeholders from government and private sectors. These events were pivotal in fostering awareness, inspiring future generations, and showcasing aviation’s critical role in society.

    Looking forward, I am deeply involved in preparations for two significant upcoming events: the ICAO Global Implementation Support Symposium (GISS 2025) and the Global Sustainable Aviation Marketplace (GSAM). These events will bring together global aviation leaders, key stakeholders, and industry influencers to discuss cutting-edge technologies and sustainability initiatives, furthering GCAA’s strategic goals. My role involves crafting and implementing communication strategies to maximize the visibility and success of these events, leveraging platforms like the Global Media Congress to sign critical agreements, including MoUs with media partners, and hosting press conferences to amplify our message.

    In addition, I oversee and support over 45 events annually, each showcasing the GCAA’s role in advancing the aviation sector. From large-scale forums to localized campaigns, every initiative is backed by well-coordinated communication plans, strong stakeholder engagement, and extensive media outreach.

    Through these efforts, my leadership has ensured that GCAA’s communication strategy is aligned with its mission to elevate the UAE’s aviation sector globally. By driving impactful campaigns, managing high-profile events, and fostering meaningful collaborations, I continue to position the GCAA as a global leader in aviation excellence and innovation.
