Established in 2012, Spiral Click Web Technologies of Dubai is a web design and development agency that designs, develops and delivers high-end innovative technology solutions, ongoing web/app maintenance, and cloud-based business intelligence solutions.
In the inaugural Middle East Stevie Awards, Spiral Click Web Technologies won Gold and Silver 2020 Stevie Awards for their work on the Dubai Police Hemaya App and website, and the Dubai Muscle Show and Dubai Active websites.
The Dubai Police approached Spiral Click to build a Hemaya (Arabic for ‘Protection’) smart digital platform which would become their new primary tool to interact, communicate and engage with the Dubai residents. The resulting Hemaya Smart Platform is an integrated system utilizing artificial intelligence via a virtual assistant named Amna. Amna receives voice-audio and text questions from the UAE residents in English or Arabic and is trained to answer over 2,166 responses.
For the Dubai Muscle Show and Dubai Active event held in the Dubai World Trade Centre, Spiral Click provided website feature and content upgrades and managed both websites’ hosting.
