Solutions has faced COVID-19 crisis fiercely and adopted successfully to the new work culture. In addition, we have been successfully in turning the crisis into development opportunities where we grow more and got to engage our employees more. Below are some of the responses we at Solutions have done:
We adopted the remote working policy & succeeded in going 100% fully remote working using the tools.
We issued a return to work guidelines to employees
We design and launched Ma'akum App which gives permission access to Solutions offices to employees to ensure that only allowed people can enter the offices and to control the number of employees at each office.
We care about our new joiners, so we design onboarding app "Hayyak" which takes the new joiners on a virtual reality tour to our offices while they are working from home. To give them a sense of belonging.
We sanitize our offices on a daily basis to ensure the safety of our employees
We gave each employee a gift box which has hand sanitizers, gloves, and other useful materials.
We kept engaging employees with series of virtual workshops, events, talks, and Townhalls to increase engagement
We built a full equipped employees center which include: gym, beauty salon, barbershop, coffeeshop, restaurant, clinic, lounges, laundry services, healthy food, and punch of other services free of charge to ensure that our employees have access to facilities which they can use to care about their health, beauty, and release their anxiety during the crisis.
