Sharif has acquired over 36 years of experience in creating, developing, producing, managing and delivering a diverse range of ceremonies, launches and cultural events.
He is recognized in Qatar as the most innovative, dynamic and results driven event executive producer and director.
Sharif was honored for his commitment and contributions to the industry when he was awarded in 2007 the Silver Medal from the Olympic Council of Asia in recognition of his achievements and efforts during the 15th Asian Games, Doha 2006. He has also been awarded an honoree membership in the education & culture committee of the Olympic Council of Asia in the same year. In 2017 and 2018, he was awarded the spirit of excellence in Business Leadership Award and Customer Delight Award at the 4th edition of MENAA Awards ceremony, as well as Golden Crown at the Luxury Lifestyle Awards. In 2003, he was honored the Silven Pin award from FIFA in recognition of his achievements and efforts in creating and producing the FIFA Extraordinary Conference. In 2023, he was named the Middle East Industry Icon at the Middle East Events awards.

Over the course of three decades, QVision has become a venerable institution and a trailblazer in event organization, multimedia creativity, and production.
In 2021-2022, Sharif Hashisho's visionary leadership propelled his companies to unprecedented heights, securing a partnership with FIFA for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. QVision, under his guidance, orchestrated key events like the Emblem Launch, Final Draw, infotainment, stadium entertainment, and coronation ceremony. They also handled the entire fireworks displays for the opening and closing ceremonies, marking the first Middle Eastern company to achieve this. QVision's remarkable achievements were recognized with 60 Global Eventex Awards and 4 Middle East Events Awards, the highest honors in both prestigious competitions.
