Mohammed Ibrahim Al-Subaie and Sons Charity Foundation (Ghoroos) has aimed to innovate and build a distinctive identity in organized institutional work, maximizing the impact of charitable and developmental grants.
Accordingly, the foundation adopted a comprehensive strategy focusing on two main paths: (social investment and developmental grants). It sought to implement innovative initiatives and high-quality charitable work addressing priority social issues, empowering underserved communities, achieving sustainability, and enhancing social impact
In this sense, Ghoroos Charity Foundation established an independent company called (Namal Impact Investment Company), which is one of the first companies specialized in the field of social investment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The establishment of this company comes as part of Ghoroos Foundation's endeavor to provide qualitative and innovative charitable projects and programs, through which it ensures achieving financial sustainability, maximizing social impact.

Managing investments and funds allocated to social investment and raising the efficiency of the social and financial dimension of projects.
3- Social investment in social company opportunities:
Providing and financing social investments through the company's tools via the network of social investors, crowdfunding and funds.
From the impact achieved by (Namal Impact Investment Company):
- Establishing Red Sea Farm Cooperative in Tabuk Region "Tamala": The idea of establishing this cooperative was inspired by the Red Sea region's need for a platform that enhances the agricultural role in it. It is a cooperative in cooperation with the Red Sea Global Company, and aims to enable sustainable organic agriculture in the Red Sea region.
- stablishing Dom Company (a company specialized in recycling bread): It is a social investment company, established by Namal Impact Investment Company as a qualitative initiative, as the company specializes in providing an important social and environmental service; represented in: collecting and preserving surplus bread from homes, schools, restaurants and public places, through a group of diverse products for the purpose of recycling this surplus, and benefiting from it in many other appropriate transformative products and uses.
