Huda Ali Al-Husaini
The Engineers Training Center (ETC) at the Jordan Engineers Association (JEA) is one of the biggest training centers in the region. In 2018 the center launched the "Business Development (BD) section", to create new products and services, and develop its way of work. ETC assigned Engineer Huda Al-Husaini, the head of training and studies in the center at that time, to lead the Business Development (BD) section.
In the inaugural Middle East Stevie Awards, Huda Ali Al-Husaini won a 2020 Bronze Stevie Award for Innovation in Non-Profit or NGO Services for her ‘One Stop Shop Consultancy Service’ (OSSC).
After analyzing and assessing ETC services and products, Huda introduced "One Stop Shop Consultancy" as a new service. She believed ETC’s experience in the training and development field could be presented as a full comprehensive consultation package in a specific field by covering all possible aspects needed for the customer desired deliverable. This eliminates the need to hire multiple consultants and service providers to complete the desired outcome. Huda worked on developing the OSSC concept and succeeded in securing a consultation deal with the Pharmacists Jordanian Association to establish the Pharmacists Training Center.
The OSSC concept delivered great value by reducing time, effort and costs while increasing the harmony and minimizing the gaps that might appear from working with different consultants and suppliers. The customer satisfaction achieved was beyond expectations, and the Pharmacists Jordanian Association has expressed interest in extending the mutual agreement for further cooperation in the same project!
