Through his visionary approach to leadership, Trevor has transformed GAC’s team dynamics, creating a workplace culture where collaboration, empowerment, and creativity thrive.

     

    One of Trevor’s earliest initiatives as a team builder was the Cross-Functional Collaboration Program. Recognizing that logistics is a multifaceted industry that benefits from interdepartmental cooperation, he developed a system that brings together team members from different departments—like customer service, warehouse management, and IT—for project-based collaboration.
