• Entry Permits and Residence Permits Services:GDRFAD provides these services to all segments of society, including visitors and residents ofUAE, where it is possible to complete the procedures for entry and residence permits in record time and super-fast.
• Entry and departure services to and from Emirate of Dubai: through the air,sea and land ports ofDubai is one of the most advanced services in the world, as it allows the traveler to complete procedures using artificial intelligence(AI)and without the need for human intervention, through smart gates.
• Establishment services: allows investors and businessmen to complete all procedures related to their companies and their self-employment, as this service aims to enable companies based inDubai to complete all services with complete ease and in a100%automated manner and without the need for customers to visit the service centers.
• Citizenship and Personal Status Services:GDRFAD has provided smart and smooth services related to citizenship and personal status for UAE citizens in accordance with the best international standards, obtained through the smart application.
• Violators and foreigner’s Follow-up services: providing violators and foreigners follow-up services, through which the status of violators is settled according to the legislation and laws of residence and foreign affairs, which in turn contributes to raising the feeling of security and safety in Dubai.

The organization has achieved many great outcomes during the course of the last3years2021-2023).includes:

• Achieving first place as the best entity in the field of Innovation in the Dubai Government Excellence Awards–2021.
• The“Innovation of the year”award in the2022International Business Awards.
• Won“Team of the Year” award in the2022Chairman's Award for Outstanding Performance. The nominated team was the Creative Innovation board which is a strategic board that links all of the following managers:

• The introduction of the new smart gates in2023as part of the innovative initiatives that worked in a large scale in Dubai Airports which increased the overall flow of the entry to theUAE. Creating an easier travel to theUAEby eliminating the need of passports in the border pass and focusing on biometrics for easy entry. The installation of the new smart gates managed to saveGDRFAD millions of dirhams worth in parts and materials.

To ensure the flexibility of the residence laws,GDRFADintroduced the Proactive Intelligence(PI)system,which focuses on processing all types of visa requests for the organization in an automated manner.This process managed to increase the overall productivity by200%,as the process that used to take48hours to be done now(5-10 seconds).
