Gone are the days when customers had to print shipping labels add invoices. DHL express Saudi Arabia has come up with innovative solution where all these documents are digitally compressed into a single QR code and sent directly to the customers mobile via SMS or email. This solution gives the freedom to customers to create shipments on the go and walk in to the DHL service point with the shipment and presenting the QR code to begin the shipping process. QR code and the shipment is sufficient for shipment acceptance.

- Downside being customer find delay in printing as most eCommerce businesses are primarily Gen Z – startups working on the cloud with remote teams.
- With Label Free Customer does not print anything.
- After launch of LabelFree all the shipping documents are compressed into one QR code and digitally transferred to DHL Digital platform giving DHL customers the peace of mind and sophisticated features of the shipping on the go.
