CCI Next Talent
Coca-Cola İçecek of Istanbul, Turkey is the sixth largest bottler in the Coca-Cola system in terms of sales volume. With 25 plants employing over 10,000 people, CCI produces, distributes and sells sparkling and still beverages of The Coca-Cola Company across Turkey, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Jordan, Iraq, Syria and Tajikistan.
In the inaugural Middle East Stevie Awards, Coca-Cola İçecek won a 2020 Silver Stevie Award for their Innovation in Human Resources Management, Planning & Practice. Their CCI Next Talent program is a Management Trainee Program that targets talent intake at early career stages for senior year university students, and enhances CCI’s employer branding.
CCI Next Talent is designed for 4th-year university students to gain part-time experience in Finance, Sales, Human Resources, Marketing or Supply Chain departments, and they can gain project management experience with CCI mentors.
Thanks to the CCI Next Talent Program; CCI is identifying young talent who will work and grow with the company, and university students gain part-time corporate experience and can obtain full-time offers even before their graduations.
