    We wrote, directed and filmed the first ever MENA 50 BEST AWARD  documentary  for the winner of 50 Best Female Chef Tala Bashmi to portray her journey of  Bahraini culinary fusion to the world.

    Working closely with chef Tala took the time to understand her story and how she developed her recipes,  what propelled her knowledge in culinary arts, as well as her love for fusion cuisine. Chef Tala’s achievements in a region where Arab female chef’s especially in fine dining are very rare.

    As a result, the team has produced a documentary to showcase her story to the world, inspiring the next generation to follow in her steps, showing it can actually be done by women in the GCC. 

    Showcasing the breathtaking Bahraini local culture and tourism, the viewers got a glimpse of Chef Tala’s quest for fresh supplies of foodstuffs from the vibrant souq and bazaars of Bahrain. In fact, the concept was mostly a love and gratitude statement to the country from which it emerged. 

    We are privileged to be the ones to immortalise this moment in film.
